I am on a mission to help other addicts and alcoholics have a second chance at life. As a person in recovery and a substance abuse counselor, I understand the many difficulties associated with the disease of addiction. That is why I chose to open a house for men that not only provides a roof over their heads, but also access to resources that help to reduce barriers. I am a firm believer that stopping the use is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to recovery. Once the substances are removed, then begins the process of learning to live again. Overall, I just want to give back what was so freely given to me, which was a whole new life. Let's stop dying and start living!
